The actual billing method data (such as a credit card number) are not stored on our servers or on our website whatsoever, but are instead securely controlled by PosiRank LLC’s payment processors, which include Paypal & Stripe, both of which are widely-trusted payments solutions.

6.2 Refunds: While intentional purchases of our product range is nonrefundable, PosiRank LLC recognizes that special circumstances warrant consideration. So in cases of unintentional user error, certain user misunderstandings, and otherwise unique situations, PosiRank LLC reserves the right to issue refunds to users on a case-by-case basis.

Any chargeback processed against charges for PosiRank LLC will result in full and complete termination of all PosiRank LLC licenses and accounts due to the significant costs involved in administration of managing chargebacks.
